We then bring it to life with our carefully & expertly crafted photorealistic 3D CGI Visualisations of the space. These visuals can be used to finalise materials & finishes, get excited about what your space will look like once complete and they can also be given to your build team to show them exactly what you want. INCLUDES - - 1 hour online consultation call to discuss, clarify and share initial ideas. - 3 x Floorplan options with furniture layout ideas including electrical suggestions. - 1 x Refinement of preferred floorplan. - 1 x 3D visual images of the finished space. - Provision of final drawings and visual images in a document you can provide to your project manager/builder to bring your vision to life. Our online process is super simple and ensures we we provide you with the most accurate floorplan possible. as part of the ordering process you will be asked to provide: 1) Accurate room dimensions 2) Photos of the space 3) Lifestyle preferences (kids/pets) 4) Style choices 5) Functional needs 6) Budget considerations Total price is £499 PER ROOM - (50% due on commission & 50% due before final visuals released)
